Terms of service — « Friction Scanner »

These Terms of Service (hereinafter « ToS ») govern access to and use of the Friction Scanner service (hereinafter « the Service »), offered by eXperience Hacking.
1. Service Description
Friction Scanner is an automated diagnostic tool designed to identify friction points in user experience and business processes. The Service is orchestrated via the Make platform and uses the Mistral Large artificial intelligence model to analyze submitted data and generate a report with recommendations.
Free Access
The Service is offered free of charge as a demonstration tool.
Usage Limitation: While usage is currently unrestricted, eXperience Hacking reserves the right to restrict access to or suspend the Service at any time for maintenance or server resource management purposes.
Eligibility: The Service is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use.
3. Nature of Results and Limitation of Liability
This is an essential clause of your use of the Service:
- Full Automation: The user acknowledges that the analysis process is 100% automated. No human intervention occurs between data submission and report receipt.
- Probabilistic Nature of AI: The Service relies on Artificial Intelligence technologies (Mistral Large). The results provided are probabilistic in nature. Despite the model’s high performance, errors, omissions, or misinterpretations may occur.
- No Warranty: The report is provided « as is. » eXperience Hacking does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or absolute relevance of the recommendations for your specific situation.
- Disclaimer: eXperience Hacking shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any strategic, operational, or financial decision made based on the documents provided, nor for any loss of data, profit, or business interruption related to the use of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
- Tool: eXperience Hacking retains exclusive ownership of the architecture, automation scenarios, and prompts used to operate the Service.
- Reports: The user owns the content of the final report generated for their account and is free to use it for their internal purposes.
5. Personal Data and Confidentiality
Use of the Service involves the collection of data. The processing methods are detailed in our Privacy Policy, accessible at www.experiencehacking.eu. Please note that data is transmitted via APIs and is not used for training third-party AI models.
User Obligations
The user agrees not to submit documents containing sensitive data (health data, bank details, highly confidential data) without prior anonymization. The user is solely responsible for the legality of the information they upload to the Service.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
